Don't know why they made it with 40% less sugar.
Tastes like shit now
Agreed. I didn’t have it often, but won’t ever now.
I've got to be the only person who prefers the new taste - far less sweet and IMO more refreshing.
Probs brought the drop in sugar because of an inevitable sugar tax.
preempt their losses, smart but what is not smart is making their products taste like shit to skimp on a few cents.
It has that typical diet soft drink taste which I really don't like.
Weird thing is I don't like diet drinks at all - as in I only drink full sugar. The sprite just definitely tastes better imo
I have been holding onto hope that they might change it back eventually, because nobody I have ever spoken to about it actually enjoys the new reduced sugar version.
I fell into the trap of buying it the other month. Tastes like Lemon mineral water now, can be had for 90c for a 1.25lt bottle from Coles.
Just remember. No cash back on subscribe and save purchases.
As it always has been*
yeah, pointing out as OP kind of indicated you would get 4% no matter what
Good point. Though it seems someone still thinks I'm wrong. Oh well.
@Clear: Have my upVote ;)
where can i buy the original sprite? overnight all sprite in australia have been replaced with this piece of shit. went from my favorite soft drink to as plain as bottle water
It is currently cheaper at Coles, either $11, $12.20 or $14.15 depending on where you live.
