Thanks for the deal! I was looking for this specific knife. Kiwi is a great brand. Have been using them for years.

    • Thanks Dory

    • Same here for that. We've got about 6 different knives for various things in the kitchen. Great value compared to the other stuff out there.

This is one of my very fave Kiwi knives - love it!!!!!

These knives will be good when everyone can go no where.

For when we have to start eating each other?

    • Yep, that's the same conclusion I came to.

I think the chicken shortage at kfc means we'll need to find a really good substitute.

      • Plant based meat?

        • +1

Pigs, cows and sheep have a plant based diet.
          So plant based meat right?

  • Wait..so it's not a good price…?

    • Just the RRP mate

ozRRP? I guess it can be used for self defence when Victoria degenerates into a high crime society.

      No need to Bragain

    • $5.80 and $5.99 don't include shipping.
The $5.99 one is $10 shipping so makes it $15.99 ?

Ebay link I posted is cheaper, includes delivery and took all of 30sec to find. OP just didn't try.

Kiwi knives are cheap. Just because a product is sold cheaply at most shops doesn't make it a bargain.

      more cheaper or much cheaper?

      anyway it is cheaper.

          • @aec: You didn't get it. The way you underlined is how common australians talk. Migrants often speak a better english, so put the acid away and smile there was no offence. Apologies to moderators if my previous comment looked inappropriate.

    • Have to buy three. Bulk buy is always cheaper per unit. Why would someone need three of the same knife?

  • I think this is a good price for delivery.

  • Decent at that price. Cheers bought

  • I bought one a couple of weeks ago (not sure what number), very impressed with it so far. It's a bit thin, but I don't know whether that is the specific model or that is general for the knives.

You can normally get these for $4-6 at your local Asian shops.
Great knives though. Easy to sharpen. A soft steel.

  • Does anyone know how these compare to more expensive knives like Global? Heard great things about Kiwi knives but wonder whether they are at all comparable.

    • Good beater knife, soft steel so won't hold an edge for too long. Must be willing to sharpen frequently.

More expensive knives generally have a harder steel, more brittle but will stay sharper for longer.

  • Cabramatta $2
But not worth going anymore cause crispy skin chicken is closed at the moment.
