Not with TizenOS
TizenOS isn't that bad. do you speak from experience? I'm still using the Galaxy Gear S3 which i've had since launch. Beyond lack of access to the Play Store, there is absolutely no issues with TizenOS at all. After a few weeks of ownership, I've just used it as a watch with a glorified pager & payment, often changing watch-faces and straps to match what i'm wearing, event or the season.
Depends, I paid $599 for my last Samsung Smart watch. But I've also paid more for an analog watch that doesn't do anything by tell the time, and I no longer wear any of those.

Thinking of upgrading from Watch Frontier to this, but looking at the price, nah….I'll wait for the sale, watches price are now the same as your smart phone.
