      too bad no wireless charging

      • Yeah it can be a dealbreaker, but I've never had a phone with wireless charging so for me I wouldn't know what I'm missing out on 😂

the problem is i already have wireless charger from some old deal here hahahah so my next phone MUST have wireless charging

@CyberMurning: Meh this may be controversial, how long does it take you to put a usb-c in? Now how long does it take to line up your phone and make sure that it's actually charging on a wireless base?

Then 30 mins later when you take it off, the cable will definitely have more charge. For me the wireless chargers ended up an unused novelty.

@Shon: I agree - USB C is basically universal now. The speed you get out of charging is fantastic.

I much prefer it over wireless charging, given how lossy and imperfect the technology is.

I bought a wireless charging receiver in Feb for my Mi Note 3 and it's still working fine. I'm happy for the slower charge which I tend to do overnight. Depending on your case, you may need to modify it slightly as it might bulge a bit.

I ordered the 8GB/256GB Global version from Tobys over a month ago but it was 'processing' for a month. I contacted them several times and got no response. I requested a refund and got that within a couple of days. I then asked why it took so long and they said they didn't have any in stock even though it showed 'in stock' on their web page. I've read that the 8/256 ones are not as easy globally to get so hopefully anyone purchasing this one receives it ok.

    Looks good for price..

But "No SD card expansion" is a deal braker for me. Especially with only 128GB..

    • Is 128gb not considered much nowadays? My measly 32gb on my Galaxy Note 5 is making me suffer as it is out of space but I was hoping 128gb would do it if I didn't store too much video footage on my next phone.

  • Anyone here bought a phone from Tobydealau?
How was it - good experience, or not?

    • yes, it is fine. Up to 10 days arrived (incl weekend).
In term of claiming warranty, i don't have this experience yet.
Item arrived new sealed. Bought samsung galaxy buds+.

Remember to use 28 degrees or the one without overseas transaction fee.

Yeah I've bought 2 phones from them. One arrived quickly and one was delayed by 5 days because they ran out of stock. Saved $80 on each phone so was worth it. I'm going to buy another phone from them by Christmas.

    • Over 2 weeks for my xiaomi mi box s and still hasn't arrived..

Refuse to buy from sites like these. Always concerns me with warranties etc Shame because the prices on phones are always so good. Wish they sold phones like these in stores in Aus..

  • Now that the A4 is never coming this looks like a good alternative. No Android One though.

    • +1

Considering how much they botched Android One, it's probably for the best.

  • $4 extra for the 8GB version

Good price but not the 5G / SD765G version

    • +2

Great deal but different phone; be careful when comparing Mi 10 and Mi Note 10 series.

  • Sorry is this Mi 10 lite the same as Note Mi 10 lite? When was trying to search the ultrawide camera but it keeps coming up with Note Mi 10 lite

    • +1

      Different phone (different chip set).

    • +1

I believe they're separate phones, comparison here.

Specs of the Mi 10 Lite are what OP listed.

  • I guess affordable 5G mobe so can't go wrong 😃👍
