  • None of them is worth more $8

None of them are worth $5 were cheaper at EB games and that says a lot.

I'm completing my digital collection (after buying only games on disc because they were cheaper).

      Some others maybe as well.

Unfortunately due to a lack of competition prices tend to be higher for digital versions of most games.

So for those going digital only, it may be good value (especially if they game share which essentially halves the digital price).

      cheaper at EB games

I’ll happily pay more to not go to the shops. With online orders and click and collect, I haven’t set foot in a store for months.

Not for Skyrim SE. $16 is worth it!

    • +3

Sure, but they aren't those prices now.

Prey, Fallout 4, Skyrim and Wolfenstein are all easily worth the asking price here, even if EB has had them for less. The two RPG's represent a hell of a lot of content if you are into the genres, and Prey and Wolfenstein (The New Order especially) are very good FPS. The EB promos were great deals and shouldn't reflect poorly on the games.

Doom Slayers Collections also a good buy.

  • Is Skyrim SE at $16 good or can I get it cheaper?

    • Cheapest so far on the digital store

      • Is physical cheaper somewhere?

        • +1

I did a quick Google search and I couldn't find a cheaper copy on disc.

I think checking your local EB Games or JB HiFi bargain bins is worth a try (but you'd probably need to consider the cost of petrol too if you're driving to see if it works out cheaper).

  • Same prices ás Steam, probably PSN also.

  • wish they'd bring these games to Game Pass Ultimate (for PC)
Or heck, just the Windows Store would be nice, I'd buy them there.
