      Same, I contacted them last night. Starting to get concerned but seller was probably flooded with more than expected orders

  • It's basically a 2 person show, probably both have full time jobs and now have to post hundreds of orders themselves. I assume it'll take sometime, is it what it is.

    Has anyone got their order yet?

    It's feeling more and more like a scam as you would think they would update here as it's going to cost more money/time with PayPal refunds…

  • As mentioned, it's run by a small number of people. We don't know how many orders they're processing, Adidas kept me waiting 3-4 weeks.

    I have delayed orders at the moment from iHerb, so it seems AusPost is struggling too!

    At least they updated it, I'm not personally in a rush for the items.

    • Good news! What did you order and how is the quality?

      • Order 2 of the heritage and 2 of the stamford - all white and tailored fit. Quality wise at this price point is pretty good I'd say. They fit really well however they are thinner than the usual tmlewins I'm used to so there's a risk of them becoming see through. Finishing wise pretty good also - no loose threads etc.

    • Did you receive any dispatch or shipping notification before you received your order? I still haven't heard anything from them yet and I'm just wondering if they might have sent orders out and not updated us.

      • No I didn't - don't have an account with them either so couldn't even check the status of my order. Could well be possible that they are just shipping out orders with no prior notifications.

        • Ok, thanks. I don't think I made an account with them either. I actually wasn't even sure my other went through cos I didn't get an order confirmation email but my account has definitely been charged. I'm in WA so it's probably going to take even longer. But as mentioned earlier, they're probably flat out trying to process these orders so I guess I'll just have to wait.

    Order received. I seem to have got the last two boxes of underwear, when I ordered three, and there's a handwritten note about a $10 refund for the missing box.

    • Must of gotten 1 out of your lot as I only received 1 box.

        I guess that's not a bad way to satisfy multiple customers instead of cancelling orders :)

        The better way is of course, counting your stock beforehand.

    Still waiting , while at the same time I keep receiving their automated emails asking me to complete a review of my purchases on their site!

    • Same here. I wonder if they are as open about their shocking service as they are they're self-assessed "brilliant product".

      I'll reserve judgement until/if I receive mine…

  • I ordered on 16/8. Order was updated on 18/8 to awaiting shipment. Hasn't changed since. I have also emailed them for an update to no avail.
    I ordered 4 15.5 shirts and two packs of briefs. I am still hopeful some or all of the order will turn up but have a feeling they won't and they'll issue a refund.

  • I didn't realise it's been a month, I could of ordered Bamboo jocks from China and probably received them quicker.

    What can we expect when their shutting down, cant even get orders/shipping done.

    I emailed, if I don't hear a response within a few days I'll just request a refund.

    The colours were ugly anyways 🤣🤣🤣 impulse buying.

  • It's been over two weeks since ordering and there has been no communication or shipping information recieved. Not sure if it's apathy, poor management, or they really are just a bit over-whelmed, but an email telling customers about their order and delays is always appreciated.

      I received the shipped notification 2 weeks ago, still havent received the goods. Called today and one of the owners assured me the shirts will be sent soon. I'm concerned cause this looks more and more like a scam, otherwise they are waiting for their goods which may be sourced from china /Vietnam. Too many red flags when i spoke with the lady. I dealt with a company in liquidation before and i never got my computer. I have the same bad feeling as last time. So many broken promises, so many excuses. We may need to contact fair trading to report a scam.

        • I told them i will claim paypal if goods are not received by next Tues. Response from them was "that wont be the case". We'll have to see

            • @lost in transit: Dude. I got the package today. Finally. After all the threats. I recommend putting some pressure on them. I even offered to pick up the shirts since i live just around the corner. Sure enough the package was received with no postage. Good luck with your package mate, Hope it comes through.

  • Some people got the goods tho, i'm just annoyed I was one of the earliest orders and I am still waiting. It's like they shipped backwards via orders received. I'm also at the point i don't care if i get them or not, their cheap on Aliexpress everyday.
    If I dont gear something next week, ill file a paypal dispute refund or simply ask for a refund too.

    Ordered 5 items, but 4 items were out of stock so only one came. Was also partially refunded a wrong amount. So now effectively I paid $10 shipping to receive ONE item… I'd rather they not ship me anything and gave me a full refund.

    • Yes its called mismanagement , do you wonder why they couldn't make a go of it.

  • Ordered 5 items, received a note that they refunded the whole amount after I asked them. But there's no refund still after 5 days and yesterday received only one item. Now, that I received an item I cannot ask for a full refund and I have to pay 10 dollars shipping for one shirt. I wouldn't have bought only item with that shipping fee…
    No wonder they're going belly up.

  • If they send me less items, and charge me shipping I'll file a dispute with my credit card.

    That's on them, not on us.

    Further more, I was one of the first orders and heaps have received after me so I'll file a full claim.

    I'm going to email them and cancel my order, ask for a PayPal refund.

    I filed a PayPal refund request, and was done within 24-48 hours.

    I can't complain, personally they refund me quickly.

    Think the Company could have been a bit clearer about delays through email…
    Trust me you don’t want a pic of me wearing them 😂😂
