Found a pretty decent price for the Ubiquiti UniFi UAP-NanoHD Compact 802.11ac Wave 2 MU-MIMO Enterprise Access Point.
They have been sold for cheaper previously, but that was more than a year ago.

    It is a wireless access point and you need it if your router is in the front of the house and you want to access it from the garden.
