I was checking for available pillow deals on OzB and found and old deal which had expired. Clicked the link and found the same discounted price.
Called Hardly Normal and they agreed to price match. Price matched 2 for the same price and picked up from there.

When I sleep on back I like low.. when I sleep on side I like medium.. prob need high actually for side..

I tried to take them up on their 10 year warranty after 8 years, apparently the foam falling apart and chunks coming out is normal and not covered. I don't know what else people would be claiming for after that long…
That's weird - they replaced one of mine that was about 5 years old that had a slight tear in one corner of the fabric - told me to tale it back to HS and they replaced it on the spot. I was very pleased

I'm a side sleeper. I bought a classic, but it was wayy too soft for me :(
I went to buy the classic based on the reviews, but I didn’t want to gamble so I thought I’d try it (part of why I called NH to price match).
I’m a side sleeper too and found the classic too low/soft.
I bought 2 Medium height/firm to sleep on and 2 classic (because my wife likes 4 pillows on the bed).

Latex is the worst material for pillows or mattresses. Doesn't breathe, so gets very hot.
