      Yep, they will offer better ankle support and sturdier than a running shoe. They will be heavier and more draining to walk in. Probably avoid the 8 inch height ones. They will be a bit tall to hike in

    I've worn Tracerlites and are my preferred over Magnum. I have a wide foot and these are comfortable.
