Samsung Galaxy A71 8GB RAM 128GB ROM $574.99 Delivered (HK) @ Heybattery via Kogan

230

I actually bought one myself after scouring for a good deal on this phone. At $574.99 for the 8gb RAM version its at least $42-125 cheaper than anywhere else I've seen that isn't shady. Arrived today for me in perfect condition.

Cheapest Samsung Galaxy A71 I could find (Non-Shady)

    That title though šŸ˜‚

    Kogan = Non-Shady ???

  • love the description but price and supplier in title

  • I know you're newbie, so you really need to ready properly to do a non-shaby deal

Cheaper at Toby ~$503 delivered both this and the kogan are still grey import

OP Kogan is still not aussie stock

Sold and delivered by IDS (Hong Kong) Company Limited

    • +1

Kogan is a far more reputable and accountable company than TobyDeals.

      • Nah they're the same shit one just has a ABN

599 for Lg V50. Way better than this mid range A71 I GUESS

    • +4

Bought one when it was around 500ish from jb hifi. It has poor battery +Terrible camera.. I guess A71 is better in those aspects..

    • Where is this deal?

    • It's a poor guess.

  • Great deal but non Aussie stock is a concern.

Oppo Reno 5G seems like an arguably better phone, is Aussie stock/warranty and not much more.

    • The reno 5g is almost 1.5 years old right? Only another 6 months of updates

  • Any suggestion between the A71 and Pixel 4A?

    • -2

      Definitely Pixel 4A.

      • I found pixels are overrated and overhyped (especially by American YouTubers, blogs, etc ). I hear they are very buggy . It feels like a constant beta user

        • Well, per my experience, Pixels are the smoothest running Android devices I have used so far. They aren't great hardware-wise, but perfect for day to day use, taking photos, receiving updates etc.

    • +2

I'm tossing up between these 2 myself. The size of the pixel 4a is a big plus for me. Not a fan of large phones so it's the only thing swaying me towards it. Plus 3 years of guaranteed updates is nice. Currently on pre order at JB. Waiting to see if moto release the g9.

    • I don't have the A71 but on my A70 the on screen fingerprint scanner just isn't good enough. I find myself unlocking with passcode more often.

Also, the A71 is a big assphone.

K30 ultra or even better mi 10 ultra

    • Lol and the price being?

      • +1

The k30 would prob be around this price the mi10 ummm double for double the phone or ya know free if you get a 100% discount

        • Apparently won't be released to the world. Would be quite silly though.

      • k30 ultra will probs be cheaper because it starts at 2000 yuan in china which is lower than the k30 Pro

  • OP comparing Grey imports to local stock and then buying it off Kogan lol

  • +1

Not sure if still available but the A71 was $474 via the samsung education store a few mths ago.

    • Same spec 8gb, 128gb?

      • 6GB/128GB

  • Dang, this looked really good until I found out it doesn't do any video's at 60fps.

  • Anybody know how to contact the seller??

    • Probably impossible, trying looking for info for IDS but you best bet it goin through kogan hoops for whatever you wanna know

      • Yeah it's hard to find any contact details! Seems the only way is to purchase something from them and then use the kogan messaging system? :/
