    Some items are less than $25, then totally free, thanks OP.

    • Looks like it might work that way. I got a top with last months voucher that was reduced from $99 down to $39, and then I paid $14 after using the voucher code.

    This won't last long. Think they have limited stock of the free things (<$25)- especially in decent sizes.

    Got a few shirts and skirts for the gf :)

    • yeah, did they take out $1 from your CC? Cause after that transaction I got $1 taken out of my CC.. same as my friend. o.o… even though it's s'pose to be $0!!

        It's really annoying. I usually use a non-existent credit card for freebies like this, but this one wouldn't even take one of those. I see why now.

          The invoice said they won't charge your card until they ship out or process the order so I'd say the $1 is just to test the card.

    Shopping bag: If you have a Chicks at the Flicks Promo Code please email this to [email protected] along with the movie name, time and theatre and we will process your order.

    That might be why the code doesn't work anymore.

    Obviously you needed to be part of the chicks and flicks thing (as per JasRulz post above) and they have stopped it because it was being abused.

    I'm not sure they're going to honour the orders people made - plus they charged $1 for the transaction. Looks like anyone that used the code is going to be down $1 with nothing to show for it. Pretty poor on Max Shops side.

      Well the voucher code obviously had t&c attached, which were not posted, and it was used in breach of the t&c. Tough biccies.

    The $1 charge is just an authorisation, it happens whenever i buy stuff online and then dissapears once the transaction is complete so doesnt actually charge you, maybe an NZ thing?

    • My $1.00 charge is still there! I actually ordered on two orders, and both charges are still there :(

    If you did attend the Chicks at the Flicks event and obtain a voucher please email the below details to [email protected] before 3pm NZST Monday October 31st and we will process your order immediately. If we do not hear back from you your order with be cancelled.

      I got the same email too. In a way, its reasonable for them to decline our orders, since it does say in the T&C that this was for Chick at the Flick customers. Boo

  • Maybe try again now with your order as the voucher date hasn't expired, but they have changed the weblink to say "use the voucher code that came with your brochure" (or something to that effect), and taken the codeword that they had listed there originally away. So the codeword on here will still work. Worth a try!
