      It's because of the soundtrack and car licenses expiring. Happened to every Forza before that too.

        I’m shocked they’d only have valid licenses for 4 years, given FH3 releases late Sept 2016. I guess they knew FH4 would ship before then, but still, it seems a remarkably short period to me.

    What happens when the game is removed from the store? Does that mean if you download the digital copy, you'll no longer have access to it if you delete it or only new people can't buy it?

      It just means you can’t buy it after it is delisted (removed from store).

      You can still delete and re-download as many times as you like.

  Forza 4….installed it using game pass…man, never was able to run it, it loads forever!

    If you want the FH4 and FH3 ultimate versions.
    Ultimate version of FH3 in that deal does not include the DLC so would cost $33+$15 -> $48 to include DLC, with this FH4 is included which is ~$68 currently so the bundle works cheaper if you want FH4 as well
