    Good price for hydraulic bearing

  • What's the difference between these and the LL120's?

    • +3

According to this the SP Pro has 8 LEDs on the hub and is 3pin PWM, the LL has 16, 4 on the hub, 12 around the outside and is 4pin PWM.

      • +7

3-pin fan plug isn't PWM. 3-pin is a voltage controlled fan. That 4th pin is specifically the pulse width modulation signal wire.

Yep my bad, wasn't supposed to say PWM there

    • +1

PWM and 16 LEDs compared to 8 on this one.

I always have mine red because they go faster

    • +3

I'd go blue because I want my computer to run cool.

The triple kit includes a lighting node core.

      • yeah just noticed that.

These are 3 pin & may not fit your power hub.

  • Very confused about the pins needed. MSI MORTAR MAX JRGB, will this work?

    • EDIT, controller is 3 pin. no go.

  • Pity it isn't open source or supports linux and/or bsd. I would have bought it straight away. They can apparently support fairy bsd so how hard can it be?!

  • DO these fit in my THermaltake H18?
Also running B350 Gigabyte but looking to upgrate to B450

    • Yes, they do.

I ignored this for so long when i wanted to add to my 220T case because it said it couldnt deliver to my address. I've just realised it was trying to post it to a parcel locker and changing to home address worked. Thanks for making me look into this again!

  • Why the lights??

    • Need to change to red so there super fast…
we all know reds always faster just like cars … lol

    • its apart of the gamer tax

  • I'm so fooking confused what pins do i need to connect the damn thing to my motherboard?

is it some proprietary connection or what?

eh requires way too much research they haven't even stated what boards are compatible… etc…

    • Standard 3 and 4 pin fan header connectors are interchangeable.
My mobo has 4 pin connectors but my older fans where 3 pin. Your mobo should have a bracket above 3 of the pins that is used a guide when connecting a 3 pin fan to 4 a pin header/connector.

      • Yeah i got that little bracket.

Sort of confused on how it does PWM when the controller is 3 pin though.

        • It cannot. PWM is only for 4 pin fans.

If you haven't already got a case, you can pick up the Corsair icue 220T for $155 which includes 3 of these fans. Sure it's more money but it makes the case really good value.

    • That's not a bad price. Personally will not ever buy another corsair case after having issues with my 750D Air Flow Edition.

So much vibration from HDD cages literally something I've never experienced before… best part its a known issue which corsair doesn't mention anywhere.

      • If you're considering it, really look at things like GPU clearance and CPU Cooler clearance. Also if you want to use the HDD it really limits cable management as well as any chance of a 360mm AIO - I've built in both the 220T and the Meshify C and the Meshify was way easy to build in.

        • I'm not looking at building another pc or changing out my case don't think its worth the hassle and price however if i was to be building another case i'd buy the Phanteks Eclipse P400A in White.

Great Airflow and personally like the appearance Also comes with 3 RGB Fans not quite sure how they stack up against the Corsair's.

deepcool rf 5 pack is around 80$ and is a great alternative. daisy chain them together and connect into the hub, ezpz.

    • In Terms of Quiteness and what not how would they compare though?

Is better value considering 5 vs 3.

      • +1

haven't used the ones in the OP but i'm using the deepcool rf in my current build and they aren't loud at all. it does depend on what rpm you're using though. For the price point I feel like they're a great deal.

        RF iCUE
Max. Air Flow 56.5CFM 52 CFM
Sound Level 17.8~27 dBA 26 dBA
        Operating Voltage 10.8 ~ 13.2 VDC 7 ~ 13.2 VDC
  • Have a msi x570, any chance this'll fit?

    • Yes its a motherboard you just connect it to a fan header

  • I ended up just getting AIO water cooler with RGB fans.
