    My experience with Zavvi (I believe IWOOT is the same parent company) was absolutely a nightmare.

    I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them.

      How long did it take to arrive? I bought the Defender from Iwoot on Saturday.. Expecting 2-3 weeks judging from what Ive heard

        Yeah took about 2 weeks for my 9800 to arrive last month. 3 orders made on IWOOT and no issue so far.

        I'm not 100% sure with IWOOT, but I've cancelled my order from Zavvi that was purchased early this month.

        The expected delivery in Zavvi is a LIE. Try read the google reviews for Zavvi AU.

        I chased them for order update after a few days of purchase and they provided me with a tracking number which is completely fake.

        Only one delivery note was generated which was exactly the same time I placed the order.

        They told me the item has been dispatched but they managed to refund me as the "tracking was not moving".

        Now I'm waiting for the funds to appear back.
