  • Standard price. Cheaper from Gearbite or Catch if using the discounted gift cards.

  • It’s the standard price! Nothing bargain.

  • This thing is quickly becoming the new replacement for global kitchen knife set wars.

So instead of mobileciti selling it cheaper directly they allow a bunch of Kogans to get a commission… That's just silly

  • Edit: Nevermind that was Catch.

  • I'm currently running 144hz 1440p g sync IPS, would this ultrawide monitor be a good replacement or a downgrade?
    I have a rtx 2080 super.

Speaking from the perspective of a techie noob having previously owned a 24" TN BenQ Zowie XL2411P and buying one of these..

It's pretty damn nice. The quality build feels really strong and everything looks super modern with a very thin edge bevel. Monitor colours are really beautiful (compared to my TN - which I didn't realise was horrible with colour).

My personal issue is with one game (World of Warcraft). As it's a VA panel and apparently VA is known for ghosting/smearing, it does on the odd occasion feel like I'm watching a smear affect happen and it kind of wigs me out (it only happens in darker settings - and only a bit). Other games, like CoD: Warzone or League of Legends of The Witcher and it seems quite nice.

I'd probably hold out for a higher end monitor like the X34P potentially? Or if you could find a second hand version grab that. If you have the money to splurge and are desperate to upgrade (as I was) I'd say go for it, but until then probably best to hold off.

      Good luck!

      • thanks for the detailed review mate, was on the fence now will probably wait for a good deal on IPS instead…

      • Hi ishaboyavirski,
I have been trying to research without any success, what this monitor is capable of if using hdmi 2.0. Do you have any knowledge about it?
I am currently waiting for a second response from Xiami, as the first one they told me I could achieve 4k at 60…. hmm.
        Appreciate the help and time.
