    I'd probably buy these over the cotton on ones purely because I want a plain simple black/white mask, no text or patterns on it, which is where the cotton on ones fall short.

  Those little plastic tighteners is gonna irritate the hell at the back of the ear.. so beaware !!! have tried a similar mask design and now i have 3 sitting with me and cant be worn. Little thing but it will annoy u the most.
