What are your experiences with that site? Had two orders cancelled. Is their shipping and packing ok at least?
Me and a colleague both ordered from IWOOT earlier this year, both had no issues with the shipping. Boxes arrived in good condition - took a few weeks to get here that's all.
I ordered the Defender set on the 13th and website lists expected delivery is 24-27th, they give tracking number so I trusted them enough with the $500 for this. In other threads Ive seen the same thing - if your order isnt cancelled it'll take a few weeks to arrive but it will arrive fine and as normal
Not good so far. Ordered 4/7 and no updates since. Paid for tracking, still shows at stage 1, not even shipping, yet they tell me it has shipped 7/7. Contacted numerous times to find out what is happening, told me they will investigate. Been over 2 weeks now, still no response.
Recommend using paypal if you do buy.I am getting the same run around as the above with the Defender. Ordered 8/8, got an email next day saying disptached. Tracking code stated item still at 'ready' stage but no updates. Waited till last week and finally got in touch and they said they would 'investigate'. Got an email 20/08 stating, and I quote, "After raising a full investigation with the courier they have now confirmed your parcel lost in transit, I am really sorry I understand how disappointing this must be. I have now requested for a replacement to be sent out and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as this has been dispatched. Please refer to the confirmation email for estimated delivery timescales."
Wondering what they are screwing everyone around for if other people can claim the website is legit and they have received parcels.
You're lucky. I was told to wait a month after it was posted, then they would look at it. Been almost 3 weeks since they said they'd investigate, still no response. Payapl case opened.

What about Zavvi. Never heard about them, but came up as $45 Strange postal. Standard $8 or Tracked $19

Zavvi are fine, I used to order a bit from them - though it will come from the UK most likely (or they used to)
If they are coming from UK $8 standard postal doesn't sound right them to ship to Melb. Anyway. Another option I suppose. Personally I would wait as that price still seems high to me.
I genuinely advise you NOT to purchase from them.
