Friday Frenzy - finishes at 8pm AEST!

same. Only voucher refunded which sucks

      • We were meant to be in Hawaii on holiday atm, then in QLD for a birthday in October. instead, im sitting in an office working. I HATE COVID.

On the plus side, i put my car in to be fixed, and they had to completely clean the inside - something i put off for months.I LOVE COVID.

        • They clean our car, thoroughly, normally. It is about that time we wonder if we are paying too much for the service. Funny how many people we know who hardly travel who decided this year was the big trip to Europe; not so much.

They moved mine a day and I got a refund. You should be able to get a refund. Only if they change it within 3 hours you get a credit.

        • There's no option to on the website. Just a button to request credit voucher

@first in line: Load up the JQ webpage and engage the 'ask Jess' - then type - Network Adjustments.

This will bring up the relevent form for a refund. If you have already requested a credit then I dont think you can do it.

            Good luck.

@Pootie Tang: Thanks I spoke to the agent on chat and can confirm refund with original mode of payment. Thanks for posting :)

  • This is an unobtainable deal…

    • It's high risk, you could end up with a voucher or worse, noth worth it considering the discounts are not anything special

      • Sounds like they are just fishing for extra money, converting it to vouchers if it does not go ahead by making refund a hassle.

  • We don’t have any deals from Melbourne (Tullamarine) today

    • You can pretend. Just
      - pack some bags,
      - listen to talkback radio to simulate the taxi driver,
      - buy some overpriced food,
      - stand in a queue that doesn’t seem to do anything,
      - find the most uncomfortable seat in your house and sit there for a few hours, whilst listening to a soundtrack of screaming children,
      - cram yourself into a cardboard box for a few hours,
      - then stand in the middle of a large turntable whist bags go around you, none of which look like yours.
