This thing was $125 - 149 delivered last year…and I would call that a bargain

    • i was going to say, i swear i got mine mid 100's lol

    • I thought it was a different model at first! I paid around $135 last year

  • I have been waiting for a deal on pc speakers. My logitech from a few years back just failed on me.

  • I go this speaker at $210 about 3 months ago

  • Got this one at $199 about 2 months ago.

  • this seems weaker than a Z533 or 333 some sort. but with RGB seems like 1000w extra.

Drivers for this are horrible. Latest firmware update also reduces volume, bass and sound quality. The drivers force 7.1 speaker setup in windows which causes problems in some games. This can't be switched to 2.1. There are various fixes.such as uninstalling the Logitech drivers and using generic windows sound drivers and a third party eq. Logitech has pretty much abandoned this speaker. Plenty of stuff about it on Reddit. I've got these and I rolled back the firmware which has helped. Using generic drivers have caused no sound problems for me so will end up using the Logitech drivers again

    • what speakers do you recommend within the $150-300 range? my current logitech speakers of 8+ years are on their last legs haha.

      • It's a tough one at the price point esp if you want USB audio. Prices have definitely gone up for speakers, just like stick vacuums lol I've been looking at the edifier s880db or the s350db. There's also audioengine 2+. I think I'm going to have to push the price point up for myself. Looking at the edifier s360db and the s3000pro as I still want USB audio to the PC.

  • I guess relative to current prices its not bad with free delivery but EB had these @ $199 last month and that's been the best price I've seen in a while.
