Cheapest around for the 1TB 970 Evo Plus at the moment.

Edit: Just realised they’re running a competition to win back your spend if you purchase a Samsung SSD. No mention of eBay not included so good luck anyone that got one.

Very Good Local Seller, express shipping item arrived via eBay within 2-3 days in victoria buying ADATA SSD.

    • I second that. I had payment issues and they resolved it patiently and sent the item via express post. Item reached me in 2 days.

  • Thanks OP 😊👍

  • 500gb for 134.10 delivered. Thanks OP

  • Thanks! Got one!

  • +1 for a good seller (bought nearly my entire PC from them last year)

Whilst this is a good price for a 970 Evo Plus, I have to admit I'm conflicted because after seeing the results of my Kingston A2000 in synthetic benchmarks, I'm not sure if it's worth the nearly $100 premium over it in the 1TB size.

I have a 970 Evo Plus 2TB in my laptop because a) it only has one m.2 slot and no other storage, and b) this was the cheapest 2TB m.2 SSD at the time which was not QLC, but if I were to do it all again, I'd probably either go QLC at 2TB (since I realise I don't write a lot of data), or just drop down to a Kingston A2000 1TB.

  • I have a a2000 but am considering getting this as main drive and a2000 for games and other stuff. Not sure if it’s worth it though
