Possibly targeted; didn't show up on my Westpac Platinum Amex card.

Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $100 or more, in one or more transactions, in-app or online at Kogan.com by 30/09/2020 to receive one $20 credit. Limited to the first 25,000 Cards to save the offer.

OFFER TERMS

  • Not valid at any other Kogan-branded websites (including, but not limited to, kogantravel.com or koganenergy.com.au).
  • Offer is limited to one credit per Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the Offer.
  • Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, in-app via the Kogan.com app or online at www.kogan.com/au. Valid at Australian app and website only.
  • Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.

      Better to sign up to 1 month of Kogan First as its around $12 per month and also reduces the price of the item sometimes.

        Raised with Amex and their initial advice was that the purchases didn't show up as "Kogan.com" so allegedly I bought them in-store and therefore not eligible for the credits. Told them I didn't even know that Kogan had stores and of course I shopped online. They requested for receipts and undertook to investigate.
