    well yes there are sites from where you can get these apks, but using Amazon Appstore is better because you get a genuine download from Amazon Plus free updates for the app lifetime!!!

  Those having troubles accessing the Amazon store even after following the linked instructions should try the following:

  1.
  "cwongtech" reports that browsing the Amazon signup page from a non-Australian IP by using http://browsesafely.co.uk/ seems to work. Any other feedback?

  2.
  "cwongtech" has possibly resolved the 'geographical restrictions' issue:
  If your account got blocked, go to https://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/your-account/myapps and deregister your smartphone first, before signing in with the fresh account that's been signed up via browsesafely.co.uk
