Crucial 1TB CT1000P1SSD8 P1 SSD M.2 NVMe $139 + $9.90 Delivery / CC @ PC Byte

240

Be nice as my 1st Ozbargain deal posting, please remove if duplicate though I did do a thorough search and let me know if changes or more info is needed

Anyway have been researching for few weeks for a 1TB NVMe drive too fill my slow 2nd M.2 slot on my motherboard and came across this,..

It's probably not one of the fastest drives available (and uses QLC over the better TLC memory modules) but like me great if you have a second slower M.2 slot on your motherboard to fill👍

$138 delivered at Amazon AU as well, good for Prime subscribers. Congrats on 1st post OP :)

no prime necessary, since it is shipped by Amazon AU, so yeah this is not a good price

A2000 should be a better choice IMO

    • +1

Yep. P1 QLC vs A2000 TLC. With a substantial price difference, it wouldn't be worth it but the price of this P1 delivered is virtually identical to the $149 delivered A2k deal from Centrecom

Alternatively can spend $13 more on the Kingston A2000

Yes i agree with everyones posts above, the Kingston A2000 1TB NVME M.2 SSD (SA2000M81000G) $149 Delivered @ Centrecom https://ozb.me/o/2MfU?u=tw ,.. for couple dollars more is a much better deal as P1 uses QLC vs A2000 using TLC memory modules

But know one posted this deal and I was hanging out too post my first Ozbargain deal, saying that this is still slightly cheaper especially if you pickup item

      Thanks for the congrats 😃👍

  • Much appreciate anyone come across a great deal for 1TB M.2 drive on eBay as I got a $20 eBay voucher too kill, so post any deals here or just PM me 👍

    I missed this Ozbargain deal for a Crucial P1 1TB SSD M.2 @ $129.20 inc postage with eBay code PTOPT15.. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/564269
Though I have a feeling I would've not been able too use both my voucher code and the eBay discount code at the same time as would've brought the price down too $109.20 Inc postage for me if it were possible and justify me purchasing the inferior QLC module type 1TB M.2 P1 SSD Drive, love too get one around the ~$100 mark,.. go Aussie dollar lolz 😃👍

I don't think anyone should waste money on p1 if a2000 is few dollars more expensive.

p1 is qlc, a2000 is tlc

forget p1 ever existed, unless it's sold for half this price.

    • I'd go 2/3 of the price around the $100 mark for the P1 👍
