    He never implicitly gives nor denies the rights as far as I can tell but his whole spiel has been to create testimonials, ads etc for people and businesses and I have even seen him with a lab coat on talking up a business so you are very safe to proceed.

      I missed out anyway. But I'm sure I could have found a use for him. I have a Norwegian tourism site I've been tasked to make, a really classy chain of hotels, and he seems like a great match for opening a feature video and would save me a lot of money compared to the budget.
