Seems pretty expected if you had applied one of those BUN9999 coupons for the next payment.
when you cancel does the plan end immediately or until the period ends ?
No, when you cancel, it hangs 'active' in limbo untl the anniversary expires … and you can't undo or reactivate online (maybe you can over the phone/email) so you can still use it.
I cancelled early last year - my November anniversary rolled over - then a week or 2 later there was a $20 reactivation offer
thanks
Just canceled mine too.
no more Catch :(
no more 12 bucks :(
Cost should be lower considering there's less value in the subscription now
Agree they need some new retailers.. catch is gone, Bunnings here marks everything I want as unavailable for delivery and Kmart keeps cancelling my low cost orders even though they are in stock in my local store and online. Target is pretty much Kmart now. And Priceline also puts all their sale items as unavailable for delivery. Might be area specific but I'm struggling to see the value this year as it is.
Dirty tactics. I would take photos as evidence and send to ACCC complaints. Then let the retailers know you've sent the email.
they did add Priceline which I've found is a good way of saving some $$ if you time it right
I find Priceline usually above the average price line. What do you shop for?
It may be just your location. Just last week, I had some vitamins delivered that were in the catalogue.
Last year I paid $10, and it was 100% worth it. For $20 and less stores, I gotta think about it….
no Catch, should be free
With no catch it's pointless. Officeworks is everywhere, Kmart keeps cancelling orders, Bunnings says everything is too big / heavy to deliver.
It's a shame, I would like to see a bigger/better onepass
Same - they should do a paid survey. I've purchased more through OnePass than I would have without it.
Just not sure if they've really benefitted much from my cheap purchases tho :)And the courier Kmart uses loves bringing orders to their depot.
I end up not picking them up and they get returned to sender and I get a refund.
Officeworks is not everywhere for everyone.
Nothing is then.
Ok, then onepass is for them, not me anymore
@Yorkshire-Man: Yeah some people living in remote areas may find it handy. Since catch has closed I'm not renewing this time. Still got eBay which I don't use either.
With catch gone this is worth a quarter of the amount they are asking for
I’ll go against the grain. I find Kmart useful and good to the point where they are seriously competing with Amazon for my money for a range of items.
They put a lot of effort into making their anko range really nail the price/quality tradeoff and having to not have to trek to a store for these items is great.
They are often half the price of Amazon for basic items.
I'd agree with that. Stuff at Kmart is often a lot cheaper than BigW, and you're right that Anko is pretty good at quality for the price.
The problem has always been that the good stuff is often out of stock at the local store. Kmart has lots of inventory issues and/or shrinkage.
That is where you can get an item through delivery that you would not be able to get in-store.
@Yola: This is pretty much what I use OnePass for. My local store is pretty hopelessly stocked. I also wish Bunnings would stop delivering only from local stores, it'd make it far better value for money.
@microwrx: Big W is the same but does not use Onepass and expect you to pay big delivery for a small item instead of getting it delivered to store.
@microwrx: For Bunnings you can choose a different store to deliver from. Most of my orders come from their distribution centre in Port Melbourne
Same, very good value and range. Electrical items are like Aliexpress with local warranty.
Curious if we get the $12 offer we did last year
All Kmart orders are next day delivery for me, now that they're using the Catch fulfilment warehouses. in inner Melbourne. Not bad for $40 and a steal at $20.
So do we have to cancel our current OnePass to get this offer? Mine expires end of June…
Thanks
I think it's still worth it for $20 for Kmart, Bunnings express click and collect, etc.
EDIT, answering my own question :)
"Existing OnePass members with an annual subscription membership, are able to apply the redemption code to their account, which will be applied at the next renewal date. " Ah I rushed and clicked cancel on my account!exactly how do you do this?
Well I tried but I spent my Flybys in store today so I didn't have enough for the deal apparently!
You need a minimum of 1,200 points to qualify.
I still don't understand how you got a code to enter on the renewal page. Mine too expires in June and I want to auto renew for $20. I won't for $40
@offside: I didn't get a code that is just the rules on the page in the link on the original post https://experience.flybuys.com.au/rewards/store/item/?id=233…
Thanks - Followed your edit: go to flybuys link and redeem points, get code in email, enter code in Onepass membership "manage details" under promo code
Offer not available to current OnePass members.
…
Existing OnePass members with an annual subscription membership, are able to apply the redemption code to their account,
They need to make up their mind.
Just go to cancel and they'll offer a price of $20 to renew.
They didn't for me 😂
If you have Catch Connect, check your emails, I got an offer for 1 year free OnePass
Thx
Looks like $20 is the regular price, it will have to be $10 or less to qualify as a deal from now on.
It's the regular price while they try to onboard new customers after the catch shutdown. It's also only for 12 months..$40 thereafter. Expect future offers to not be availble to existing members (this one wasn't supposed to be as well).
Thanks for the heads up just cancelled the mine before the auto renew - got offered $20 (normal price is still $40) but hardly worth it without catch. I don't tend to use it anyway so will give it a miss. OW and Bunnings are everywhere.
Thanks for sharing. Mine doesn't run out till after the promo ends (21 june), so I followed the flybuys link in the above comments and got it for 4000 points ($20). I didn't think I would be using it as much as I have, and the extra return time of 365 days was a godsend when I couldn't get to my kmart in the normal return window recently.
yeah unfortunately not free returns to Catch, but that's fair enough no physical stores (or online stores now either).
Kmart is pretty hit and miss with cancelling things, haven't used OW, Bunnings once for small things. $20 is alright for a year though.Yeah my nearest kmart is 30 minutes away, but free delivery on a spatula and all the other stuff I've needed being housebound for a month was worth it alone.
That's good, worth it in your case. Once i got a rubber sink plug delivered from bunnings, haha.
No go for me. Mine expires June 30.
But I've cancelled my membership a half dozen times over the past few months, and it would seem they're not too fussed about it as I've never had an offer to stay.I'm seeing this…
T&Cs, Exclusions and eligibility criteria apply. Not all participating brands offer all member benefits. Click here for benefits and exclusions for each participating brand.
So this should potentially be marked as targeted… for existing members at least!
And in the Target email I received it states this…
T&Cs, exclusions apply. OnePass $20 membership offer ends 11.59pm AEST 19 June 2025, unless extended. $40 per year thereafter unless cancelled. Offer not available to current OnePass members.
Edit to my above comment…
As mentioned by others, was able to go into my FlyBuys and redeem 50% off from the Rewards Store / Subscriptions / OnePass.
You can use anything from 1200pts ($6) + $17.50 (not the most financially sound way) up to the full 4000pts ($20) for the 12 month pass.
Redeem it; get a code emailed to you; punch it in at Manage Membership / Apply Promo on the OnePass site; and it'll come up as $0 at next renewal date. Not sure what'd happen if I redeemed it again. 2 years membership???
Either way, I wouldn't risk it. Who knows where OnePass will be at in 12-24 months time!Yeah just pay $20 if you want it.
Sounds like you have to contact them, don't think you need two memberships. Not 2 memberships, just extending it another year. Same way you'd stack your Office or AV subscriptions for a few years.
And no, no need to contact them. This was just confirming for people that there's another way to do it if you're not one of the 'eligible' ones for the $20 deal posted.@Snoop: Yeah not sure it would work that way. There will be other deals, think I paid $14 last time. It isn't that popular anymore and no catch.
Weird my current membership says next payment is $20 but under my plan details it says $40. Cancelled anyway just in case they renew me at $40
