This monitor is back on sale again, although it’s nearly a dollar more. It won’t be any good for gaming as it’s only 1080p, but it’ll be fine for doing general work

  Can I confirm, compared to an 24" monitor (1920x1080) this monitor will give me the same desktop "space" but everything is bigger. Is that correct? Thanks.

    Correct. Each pixel will be larger in size due to the same resolution being spread over a larger area.

    It will, but depending on how good your eyesight is and how far away you sit from the monitor, you might get screendoor effect from it.

  Spend the extra $50 and get the AOC 24G2. 144Hz for smoother performance, 24" more smaller desk configs and solid pixel density.

  This monitor should be $150.
