  • Hmm does the Surface Pro 7 come with a pen or do you have to purchase it separately?

I tried picking a bundle and the Surface Pro 7 shows a pen in the product image of the Surface, but I googled and read that the pen is sold separately?

      It’s sold separately

      • even the keyboard is sold separately from memory

        • You don’t need the keyboard if you have your own already. I’m still using the spro 3 keyboard on my spro5. Bluetooth keyboard works too.

  • Bloody hell those docks aren't cheap

    • This was the main factor in me not getting another surface. Otherwise would have been perfect as my work desktop replacement.

    • Try a Think Pad dock, do the same job and cheaper.

    • It’s usual dock prices. I didn’t pay rrp for it. I paid way more for IBM/Lenovo thinkpad docks.

The surface dock is still usable across the entire pro and laptop range (this is my own experience). Can’t speak for surface books.

Thinkpad docks is a nightmare. I kept having to get a new one whenever it’s a new gen.

  • Looking at purchasing the Surface Laptop 3 with the i7 and 16gb. Reviews look pretty good but the random screen cracks are a bit worrying. Does anyone own one and can comment on the quality of these? Especially when youre spending just a tad over 2k for one..

Imo get the complete warranty add on. It covers for accidental as well. I’m personally skipping the 3 because I have the 2.

Just don't slam the lid, make sure there's no foreign objects between the lid and the keyboard when you close it and don't sit on your laptop. That was my main concern too when picking up my 15" 16GB/512GB model

  • Can i stack it with education discount 10%?

  • looks like matched by Harvey Norman
