This is not the hero version, just fyi.

    • it does say HERO sensor in the description though so it might be

    • G703 light speed and hero seems all the 16000 dpi not sure what difference is ,may be they are the same ?

      • HERO sensor has way better battery life

        • +1

Below from describtion , with hero sensor?
Logitech G703 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse now features the next-gen HERO 16K sensor with 1:1 tracking,

      • HERO sensors have now been updated with 25600 DPI.

Pointless, yes - but it's a nice addition.

          Good for marketing department

Finally i can use my 80k monitor properly

    • I think current nomenclature is HERO refers to wired mouse with hero sensor. LIGHTSPEED is wireless mouse with lightspeed receiver - which I think all have the HERO 16k sensor. The old wireless G703 without HERO sensor does not have LIGHTSPEED in the name?

For a total saving of $8.55 - I think I'd rather just go to Officeworks rather than wait 6 weeks for something to show up from the UK - but that's just me.

    • It's about 10% savings, and people are complaining that the 3080 are 10-20% more expensive than MSRP to put it into perspective

      • +3

        It's scale buddy…

      • But so is buying a cup of coffee vs. other options.

        • +3

Yup if you consider an iced latte for $5 everyday, tech products are cheap as, hence I stop drinking coffee outside when I can and use that money to buy 3080

    • absolutely. Delivery can justify the price from Officeworks. But amazon UK is not that bad, maybe even better than Jbhifi, by the looks of the estimated delivery time. I find Amazon US much slower though

    • If its Amazon uk forfilled and shipped I received an item in about a 11days. Still obviously quicker to get locally in store.

      • Yep, bought multiple items from both US and UK to Sydney and US takes about 1.5-2 weeks and UK about 2 weeks.

        • If your not in a hurry a saving is a saving. We are on Ozb

My joycon took them 4 days from dispatch to delivered from UK. I live in qld.

How to get Prome for free shipping?

    • +1

We will gladly revoke your "ozbargainer" so you'll just be some 'random'.

  • This is logitech giving a huge finger by creating a mouse almost identical to the G304 with identical button layout and identical 1ms wireless Hero 16K sensor and triple the price in the west

  • Why the f is there a west vs east European version lol. American or Russian lol…

  • Can someone confirm if there are finger indents on the primary and secondary mouse click areas like in the zowie ec1 / glorious model d / g wolves skoll ace. Some pics seem to suggest it others no. Cheers.

    • +1

There are, but very slight, it slopes down from the outer edge, then starts to slightly slope back up toward the inner edge.

Slight but you can feel it.

I just changed over my G500s to this, so far pretty happy (main thing being wireless)!

      • Might be just enough for finger tips to feel fit into these indent grooves. Thx

  • also they have the wired G502 HERO SE for 91.41 which is cheapest according to 3 camels
    https://www.amazon.com.au/Logitech-Performance-Special-Adjus…

not the cheapest for regular G502, but for the special edition, might help someone.

  • Is the warranty process more or less the same for ordering from UK via Amazon AU?

  • Thanks OP, picked one up. Looks like a decent mouse to have if you're an occasional gamer in the Covid WFH office space. Probably a tax deduction too!

  • Might grab one for work, for gaming I'm really happy with the g pro wireless

  • Price is now down to $82.60

Just ordered a second one to Custom Mod.
