The manufacturer website is clearly incorrect as it states:
"USB-A Output 1 (QC 3.0): 5V-3A (15W), 9V-2A (18W), 12V-1.5A (18W)
USB-A Output 2:5V-2.1A (10.5W)
Total Output: 63W"
when this only has one USB-C output…
