  • A quick quote showed their prices to be competitive with what I'm paying with real insurance, will check further.

    • have u check with kmart?

  • The $40 reward would just about cover the difference with what I pay with AAMI.

  • I just got an email from them a couple of days ago, saying that i get insurance by 5th December (I think) i get a $100 reward in the form of a gift card from the likes of JB. That was for fully comp, 3rd party was $50. The Code was 'Buzz'. I already have insurance on another car with them so not sure if it is a repeat customer thing.

The Buzz were far cheaper for my 2007 Commodore with a few modifications than everyone else i checked (Coles wouldn't insure me due to mods) and they were about $600 cheaper than AAMI. I will probably get bent over if i need to claim anything, but at the moment i am a happy camper. I don;t know why i put myself through the pain going through the cheapie insurance mobs, got shafted by Budget Direct for my last car. Please don't stack, please don't stack!

  • You should do some research on the feedback from existing and previous customers of Buzz. Not that great. I avoided them based on this when I renewed my insurance 2 months ago. See if GIO gives you a comparable price with better options. I'd be willing to pay $40 more to get better insurance.
