10% off for 9 kg BBQ Gas Refill @Barbeques Galore Stores (via ShopaDocket) Was $19.95. Now $17.95

Personally I think $17.95 is a great price for filling up a 9 Kg BBQ bottle.

Looks like they have expired the deal and updated the locations on a different deal

Most of the prices there are pretty outdated.

      • This local best price link didn't have my local Barbecue Galore store in Hoppers Crossing. Always cheaper than Bunnings swap over. I save the swap over for when I need a younger bottle ;)

You should update prices you know are wrong. It’s only a community based system after all.

  • Aren’t they all closed in Victoria ?

    • No, got mine refilled a few weeks ago.
You have to pre-pay online before going to the store.

  • Price match at Bunnings

Doubt it'd work - Bunnings do Swap and Go, rather than refill. And they now only price match when the barcode is identical.

It's the biggest con they've ever pulled I reckon - because they get most suppliers to generate Bunnings-specific barcodes for most of their items. Happened to me a while back. Staff openly agreed that the shelving unit I wanted to pricematch was the same dimensions, carried the same weight, was the same colour and was made from the same powedercoated steel of the same thickness - and basically had the same components to the packaging, which was also the same as the Bunnings equivalent - and was likely 100% parts-identical … but they refused to pricematch because the barcodes weren't identical.

same with power tools, will be the same item but product number will be 1 digit different. nope no price match.
        same brand specs colour etc

        • Blame the manufacturer. Ryobi and Victa are two that come to mind. They produce to Bunnings Spec - minor changes that make zero difference, but enough to make it a "specific" model. Usually only available at Bunnings. Bunnings buy so much volume that the manufacturers dont care because they are making profits.

  • I drove past the Hornsby store the other day - gone.

    • my local in Brisbane is gone too

  • $18 at my local petrol station and $14.5 next suburb

  • Works out way cheaper that the $125 I pay for my 45kg residential bottles
