  • Isn't it the same as this for $5.64 delivered…

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/USB-WiFi-Wireless-Network-54M-802…

    • no, that one is blue.

    • That's a no name one.
This one is Buffalo, which is a pretty good brand

  • +ve. Have bought from here before and top service and quick delivery

    • Why? Aint we suppose to be voting on this deal not what happen before? gee

      • +1

well the same reason Mwave had a good deal but was negged for bad service and delivery times. This is the opposite, and we seem to have agreed that it is a good deal

He was giving a second reason, notice the period in his sentence rather than a comma.

        • Ahh, Sorry B_Hunter… Got what you mean

according to the BuffaloTech forums -

    http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Wireless/Wireless-USB-wli-u…

This adaptor is not designed for Windows 7. It was designed even before Vista and there is no supported drivers for Windows 7 for it.

    further on read a workaround.

BTW sells at HT for $69!

    wpa2?

    Generic Brand
    Wireless N (150)
    Win7 compatible

    • the centrecom one looks much smaller and more robust…

  • Hi to all. For the price Considering it includes shipping and also turning your older style desktop or laptop to wireless i think is a good price.

We are loosing money on this product and if you look at buffalo products in how good they are and also considering the price increases that are coming soon with pc parts worldwide, its a bargain.

    • If you can't sell these you losing more. Btw PC parts only lose value.

    • +1

"considering the price increases that are coming soon with pc parts worldwide, its a bargain."

MAYBE! the price increase on pc parts that is NEW technology and if there's shortage(such as Hard Disk) or/and in high demand!

OLD technology pc parts only decrease more on it's value in time, such as this Buffalo 802.11b/g(wireless G) device!

yesterday this sold for $50+shipping, today you might be able to sell this for $7 including shipping to some, but tomorrow you might have to give away for $0.00+free shipping due to obsolete technology!

if this is $7 free shipping FROM OVERSEA, I would say it's a bit expensive due to old tech!
for $7 free shipping FROM AUSTRALIA, I wouldn't complaint, it's already $3/5 shipping + a few dollar for this, not a bad bargain!
