Looking to get a new motherboard this seems to be one of the best x570's. I checked Staticice and CamelCamelcamel, seems to be cheaper than anywhere else and it is local via AU Amazon,, stock is low.

    It’s an interesting one. I was about to pull the trigger on this motherboard (you can get this price at a number of retailers) … but I think I’ll wait and see what happens with the Zen 3 release.

    This motherboard has what I’m after (dual m.2 on PCIe 4.0, a butt-load of USB 3.2 Gen 2 … although where the hell is the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2??!?). And I guess it was only released in July last year, so not exactly old …. but I would imagine that by the time Zen 3 is ready to ship, it’ll be 18 months of life, and that’s probably enough to warrant something new trundling along.

    Maybe then I’ll finally get the latest USB standard I’ve been wanting to see.

    No - theres so much support already for Zen 3 chips they wont need a new chipset.
