i think all ozbargainers have enough ue200s to last quite awhile.

    • and these are more expensive than most of those other deals!

      • still an okay deal!

      • and these are more expensive than most of those other deals!

You're comparing chalk and cheese. None of 'those other deals' were in retail packaging, nor were they the coloured ones. This is as good a price as I've seen on those.

    • I'd take up that 60day refund offer tho…!, 2 months of usage MORE than enough ! lol

  • I can't wait for Aldi to sell those earphones returned under the 60 day returns policy! They will go well with the returned socks & jocks. lol

  • $7 - $9 elsewhere, but I guess if you missed out and want retail packaging this is an OK deal.

Hey Logitech Rep! Welcome and good to see you guys on here. Hope to see some good deals soon. Though some things you should know:

    • If you want +1's on the deals you post, please make sure they are priced better than your platinum resellers, eg Logitech Shop, as well as other bargain stores like Catch of the Day, both of whom have recently sold this headphone at nearly half to a third of this price (Use the search box on the top right for more details of each deal).
    • Your 30% off on 30 products over 30 days 30th anniversary promotion was incredibly lacklustre from a bargain point of view. Again LTS, MSY and even JB had products at cheaper prices than the 30% off RRP price being offered.
    • If you don't have a coupon code, you don't need to put n/a in the box.

Looking forward to good deals soon. Might be an idea to poll ozbargainers on what they are most keen on and offering us some sort of bulk buy incentive on those product(s).

Hey ccrap, thanks for the feedback, no worries, yes we saw those offers but as xDEFINE mentioned, if you missed out on those, this is the next offer available which we wanted to share.

The 30% OFF for 30 Days yep no worries, again appreciate your feedback. We've got a good sense of what's available out in the market and while it may not have made sense to run that promotion, as you can imagine there are sometimes some crazy and wonderful reasons why they are run the way they are. We are also mindful that not everyone shops at the same place or wants the same things. So keep the feedback coming because we love to hear from everyone, just like we do on Facebook & Twitter.

      Cool on coupon code, tar.

A Poll sounds great…you want to help us out get it started?

      • Why are other resellers offering lower prices than Logitech themselves? Parallel imports?

        • shawn_low that's not something we are able to answer unfortunately. Retailers, Resellers, Online, eBay stores all make their own decisions as to what they offer, how, when and where. Best to speak to the seller about where the item came from or the warranty provided and/or check the terms of sale as Logitech products don't have an international warranty.

      • No worries. Good to see you take it all on board. In terms of polling maybe better for you to start a thread on the forums too, to see what we're interested in. ATM I'd be keen on a dinovo mini too like Bruce, which looks like $145 regular price over at LTS.

Totally understand your point re marketing decisions surrounding the 30 promo. Im sure some found it quite good - hence my comment made specific reference to it being from a "bargain" perspective - we are a spoilt lot here on ozbargain :)

Yeah no worries, remember we are real people too, so we can see what goes on and what's out there, we try our best though.

We'll suss out Di Novo Mini.

Yep re ozbargain, we are gonna learn lots by being in here, so all good. We hope we can help a few people on the way.

        • Good stuff. I've voted. Also if you pour over some of the recent LTS mega sale deals you'll see the types of things most ozbargainers are after. Even though it looks like pretty much a little bit of everything from your product spectrum - keyboards, mice, speakers, remotes etc..

    • I for one would be very tempted by a good deal on a DiNovo Mini

  • Got mine 2 for $10 incl shipping on COTD sometime end Sep. Have a couple of new earphones in my drawer waiting for my old trusty Sony earphone to go bust. After 15 years , the Sony still refuses to die. Its of those old Sony X-bass ones.

  • Just broke my philips today…. Awesome timing

$40 from DickSmith…. This one is cheaper.

  • Got them from the COTD deal. I guess they are worth $15, but they are pretty harsh sounding to me, though way clearer than anything in the price range.

    • Did you try all the different sized ear buds scynaz 'cause having the right fit in your ear makes a world of difference to the reproduction you get. Obviously so to does the bit rate of what you are playing. Check out the reviews at the link we posted, we've got heaps of UE lovers out there.

If you still have or find problems with them, call our Support Team, just hit the link on logitech.com at the top of the page for details.

      • I did. They are by far the best you can get for $15, I agree :-) I am comparing to more expensive headphones which is not fair, I admit that.

        • Ahh ok. Yeah our range goes all the way up to our Customs with 6 speakers etc, so not just the everyday stuff ;-)

  • I haven't had enough experience with comparably-priced earphones to know if these are the best of a bad lot, but can definitely say the UE 200 sound harsh and tinny compared to my old UE MetroFi 170/220 and Sennheiser CX300.

I have never posted a comment in the past but wish to say thank you to Logitech for showing an interest and commitment to this wonderful site of which I visit on a daily basis. I am a pensioner and the savings of any item and the mostly informative knowledge is invaluable and I know that there are a lot of others that share my appreciation as customer care fades into the past.

    • Omg its true, 2 years and not a single comment. You really meant that, wow! Yes I must say I am quite impressed with their great proactive attitude - keep it up guys!

      • haha, thanks, we will try our best!

    • Thank you so much, it means a lot to us. We have learnt lots via our Facebook Page so we are embarking on reaching out into other places. We probably won't have all the right answers, or the best answers sometimes and other times we might cringe at the responses, but hey, that is life and we can only do our best.

So be nice to us and we'll learn as we go in here. We've already been given some tips which is great and we'll keep listening and monitoring.

Thanks so much for taking the time out to let us know.
