Lol. Dicksmith Online asks for $150 for this drive

  • Description: This is an aftermarket of generic part.
    What is under warranty?
Will Sandisk honour 5 year warranty.
    Also reviews are not good.

    • Did they copy and paste the wrong descriptions to this sale? It's all about an SD card.

      • The price changed to 48.xx on the item linked in the OP.

Either way, I suggest buying memeory cards only from Amazon. At least if they turn out to be fake, they will replace them or refund $.

      • The whole listing on Amazon is incorrect, it's just a mistake yeah, not related to the seller, it's the same listing/description regardless.

Item is fulfilled by Amazon either way.

    • Yeah, probably worth the extra $3 to buy from amazon direct right?

Anyone looking to buy one should pay $46.00 for the one sold, and shipped by Amazon AU.

  • It's unfortunate that all I have is a work laptop and I can't connect any bloody storage media to my laptop as it's against work policies. Haven't had a justification big enough to buy a personal laptop as I can do 90% of the things on the phone itself.

    • You need a live linux boot CD

  • Do these overheat like every other SanDisk Ultra fit?

Much more, since this is a plastic case.
Slightly faster sequential, but only 50% of the random speeds of the older one.

Best micro usb is a Samsung Fit.

If you dont wanna pay the 'samsung tax',
      I just got a Lexar s47.

Its still TERRIBLE for a usb3.1 drive, its even still bad for a usb 2 drive.

However, its about the same price from amazon, and IS about 50% faster than the Sandisk Ultra Fit, in the same form factor (probably 2mm bigger)
