  • any reason someone would get this, say over the XPS15 with the oled screen ?

nVidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Graphics for $2200 that seems pretty poor

I bought my Gaming Rog STRIX laptop 2 years ago with a 1070 (not max q, which is slightly faster than this 1660 ti) for $2300. I agree that over 2 years, it should not cost this much. 3000 series GPUs will drop and these will be made thoroughly obsolete.

Should be a 2060 minimum for that price

dell's rtx2070 maxP laptop is $1999 and RTX30 series laptop is coming. Prices of those old stocks are going crazy this time

    • Dell comes with 17 inch screen as well.

    • Can you please show me where did you see this laptop?

        • It was 2 month ago.
          But thanks for your reply.

          • @WWNETWORK: So probably will be cheaper when on sale again>?

              @Danstar: I don't know mate.
That post start from 28/07/2020 to 30/07/2020, only 2 days.
wrong price? been opened? clearance? make friends?
There are too many possible reasons.

              From my point of view
A brand new 17 Inch gaming laptop come with RTX2070 shouldn't be cheap like that.
              At least for now.

bare minimum must have a 2060 Max-Q , not a good deal at all having a 1660 for this price!
    suggesting to stay away IMO

Can get a laptop with a 1660ti for like a grand less.

  • Imagine building a computer with these specs for $2,200. OzRipOff.
