Due to the huge popularity of the last deal, we're running it again for the month of October. This is partly due to the OzBargain community's positive response (particularly to the Iso-in-Style Pack!) and partly to try and get our usual customers to get their orders in early so we can start getting an idea of how much we need to produce for Xmas/Summer. There's Grand Final Weekend, the Cup, Cyber Monday and Christmas all coming on soon! You can order up to 3 months in advance just select your preferred delivery date when you go to checkout - and secure your place.

After your order is placed our customer service team will be in touch within 2 business days to confirm the day it will be sent (minimum of 5-7 business days from order). All products are made-to-order and shipped out in polyboxes containing frozen-gel packs which last for up to 56 hours. Orders arrive within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Even from Tasmania to Cairns.

      The icepacks are guaranteed to last 56 hours in the polyboxes. The delivery is 48 hours. We get orders from Tasmania to Broome in under 48 hours - if anything goes wrong, we'll sort it out for you. ;) I can see that over the years we've managed over 1500+ orders to WA direct to consumers.

You'll find that you can only choose days where we can guarantee delivery Tues (this wouldn't apply for you as we can't guarantee it), Wed, Thurs and Friday. Customer service will contact you to see if you're okay with the dispatch date (in case something changes). Have a think about it, the offer is up for the whole month.

      The Salmon fillet is a premium trim, de-boned with skin & scales on. We also have de-boned portions with both skin on and skin off options available.

      We're always looking to improve our product range. We're looking into offering new packs in the future and more products/sizes. We just recently re-added the Honey Cured Hot Smoked Salmon 1kg size.

      I'm sure we can make sure the OB community get their deal on a new product, even if we make it an exclusive one. ;)

    Hi NHK42…..just as an aside, I know that you have the ocean trout portions, but are you looking at selling full fillets of ocean trout similar to the fillets of salmon? Thx. Just love all the omega 3 levels that it has.

      Easy answer is yes, but the problem is getting people to buy. Long term goal would see Trout offered in all the same formats as Salmon on the store and in retail outlets, we just need the demand first and I feel it’s beginning to build.

        Would love to try a side of Trout too. It doesn't seem to be as popular here as I remember in the UK. Would a side of trout be okay for sushi/sashimi? Just finished off the side of salmon I got just before the weekend from the last offer and it was amazing, would love to experience that with trout too.

    Hi nfr, we're working on replacing the poly-boxes to a more environmentally responsible, there's a few alternatives that we are trying.

    Poly-boxes, made from polystyrene can’t be recycled from your kerbside recycling bin, however, many councils across Australia make it possible for you to help the environment and recycle polystyrene. You can search for a drop-off station near you here - https://recyclingnearyou.com.au/polystyrene/.

    It can be recycled at drop-off stations at a range of locations across Australia. You can search for a drop-off station near you here - https://recyclingnearyou.com.au/polystyrene/. Once collected, the polystyrene will be recycled and re-manufactured into domestic building products.

    Alternatively, there are many innovative ways to repurpose your poly-boxes at home, such as:
    * Planter boxes in gardens
    * Reuse as an eski/cooler - summer is coming!
    * General storage box (xmas deccies?)
    * Arts and crafts for kids (I remember making Xmas angels out of them when I was in Prep)
    * Give them to keen campers or road trippers
