The last time I ordered an Elsa doll from Australia Post, not only did it take a ridiculous time to arrive (ridiculous even by pandemic standards), but it was improperly packaged and arrived soaked as it was raining and the inadequate satchel had developed hopes.
It was very difficult finding the suitable way to contact Auspost to complain. I ended up having to send photos, then post it for return, and in the end they refunded despite me asking for a replacement.
I won't neg this deal, but just be aware that if you intend to buy this as gift, it may not arrive in a presentable shape. Best to "let it go". The cold may not have bothered her, but the rain sure as hell did.
