  I canceled my pre-order as I was assuming I will be getting the device today. How long usually takes for them to refund?
  Also when do you get it delivered if you ordered today?

    I also cancelled my preorder today. They were saying there was an issue with my address even though I had received three other orders on the same address before. And yeah, just like you I was under the impression that preordering meant I would receive the phone today (which was due for shipping yesterday). But, it never got shipped. I'm really pissed off, and am looking at Pixel 5 as an alternative (especially because I get 10% credit back due to being a 2TB GDrive account holder)… OK, rant's over.

    If you ordered via PayPal, you should get you refund today. I just got mine. If it was credit card, it should take about 3 days.
