  We've had at least three of this type of year break at the office within 6 months.

  I believe the ones without the mesh back, the older style office ones, are much more sturdy.

    Hi there, don't think you're referring to the Kal Chair as it is backed with a 10 year warranty and we haven't had any warranty claims on it for a while. If anything breaks with the Kal within 10 years of purchase we will replace it.

      Curious about your warranty, what do they cover ?There is not much information on your website… Say for example if the cushion becomes flat within 10 years can I claim warranty for that?

        Hi there, the warranty basically covers any defect in the product in that 10 year period. So the cushion becoming flat would be covered.
