  I installed one of these years ago - it’s a great unit. So good to have the motor (and its noise) away from the kitchen.

  $1500 is typically for a well known Chinese brand like Fotile and I think OP's is certainly a better buy. External motor is way better than an internal motor both in terms of noise and efficiency - pull vs push.

    Just realised this listing is for the SP heavy-duty version. So pricing is actually very good. Hmmmm…..my new house will be completed almost a year from now.
