May j know what kind of connectivity tech does it use? wifi, bluetooth, zigbee or other technologies?
Smart life / tuya means this would use WiFi connectivity.
Appears to be via the USB dongle (See images). A few of the newer devices use BT/Zigbee via a USB dongle (small form factor hub for wifi link basically).
The product itself is very reminiscent of the switchbot curtain device and also similar products on Ali Express.

I feel like this is a missed opportunity to integrate solar charging… Surely the amount of power it uses to open and close once or twice a day is pretty minimal. And it's already on a window. Seems a logical step.
If you want to pay more than double you can get one with solar or wait for Zemismart to get solar panel too.

Do these work with wall hung sheer curtains? Was quoted $1500 for an electric one.
