      Model number looks different. This is MV7N2AM/A but on JB HIFI website model number is MV7N2ZA/A

        I see the same thing, except that I do have the option to cancel between the Track and Archive options.

        I went to Accounts & Lists > My orders.

        I did buy something else in the same order. But I was able to cancel just the airpods

        make sure u got the non wireless version when u told them the item…as the wireless one has different item code. but anyways as u said u already got one

  I was refused a price match because it was a different model number and prime was a subscription. The CSR took the initiative to see if there was any other offer she could price beat. She found the Catch deal and offered to price beat that. Fantastic service from OW.
