          Awesome thanks totally random I loaded Ozbargin and saw this .. went to COD and search fro $0 and found like 6 items grab 3 that were of interest and added them to my cart .. 0.2c to WA - bargin… even if the headphones fall apart in 30sec.

          FYI I never saw the promotion so I have no ide.. But after reading the comments below where they seemed to hit the server at 9pm spot on .. this was at 6:40ish WA time .. so 9:40ish EST … they might be rotating through different giveaways - keep checking?

    the last time they had one of these give away things it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through despite being there at the correct time, already signed in and running off a super fast cable internet connection! Yet still everything went in under 15 seconds.

    Think my order went through at about 6min past 8, surprised it was not all sold out by then. I added the fcuk perfume set, the hair iron and the headphones. The fcuk was sold once once I managed to get to the cart (something weird going on with the login), so I removed that and got the other two for 2 cents total including shipping :)
    If quality is really bad, I figured it should still be good for filler presents if nothing else.

    EDIT: had problems logging in like everyone else, it would look like it kept logging me out, but once I managed to find a link to the cart, it turned out I was logged in all along.

    Tried to put it through twice, both times hit the 'pay now' button at the end… then nothing! it says my cart is empty! NOT HAPPY ARRGGGHHH! I know I shouldn't be angry, (seeing as they were very generous), but it is disappointing I missed out :(

    I don't understand all the unhealthy hate towards CotD, yes some of their stuffs are not very good, but bad "deals" from other stores don't get bashed so bad like CotD here.

      Look at all the comments above/below? Pretty self explanatory - they bait people into visiting them with "free" or cheap "deals" which are either:

      a) worthless crap or
      b) good item/deal but has 1 or 2 items in stock (and the stock levels don't update straight away even when they're sold out to further scam people)
      c) decent price but the shipping makes it not worth it

      Not to mention they take have a non functioning login system, servers which always crash under load, take forever to ship things out, are useless when it comes to refunds/returns etc. etc.

      It's not a hate bandwagon, it's just that most OzBargainers are aware of COTD's tricks and won't fall for them, and try to warn others not to be gullible and waste their time.

          The point I was trying to make is that most of the people (myself included) voting negative have probably dealt with COTD before/experienced their service (either from this deal or others) etc, and are voting negative from their experience with COTD and not just blindly hitting the neg button and "jumping on the bandwagon" as suggested.

          I don't "hate" COTD or anything like that, I just think they offer very poor value for money and their "deals" are simply a waste of time.

    damn, i had two items in my cart and when i clicked checkout they were gone! why doesn't this damn site reserve your item for at least 1 minute and if it times out it goes back?
    on a positive note, not as slow as last time, and re log in problem, i had that problem at first but then went away, damn unfair to those who couldn't log in at all they had zilch chance…
