        I guess you are contacting Amazon customer service, not our ECOVACS customer service. Amazon customer service does not have the authority to settle the price, they generally notify the customer to return and refund, then buy again.

    I was weighing up Roborock vs Ecovacs. Software reviews and support seem to be very mixed. Tempted by this lower price on the OZMO 920 though.

    Damn, I ordered @ regular price. Hope I can cancel it.
    To get the promotion price with the bonus accessories, you need to add the bonus accessories first and then go back and the add the Prime day price item and delete the regular price items.

      Dont bother ordering nnother one. The customer care is not good. I ordered at higher price and now they are asking me to return the one that is delivered and order another one at lower price.

      How convenient is that !

    After I cancelled my 920 order successfully, I ordered T8 instead.
    Because T8 has much better navigation system and stronger suction. It also allows to upgrade the mopping system in later. The bigger battery also means it should ( I hope) able to use extra year or 2.
