    It would be good, but it's up to personal preference. The cast iron will never lose its teflon surface like non-stick, eg my crappy $canpans.

          @11CENTS: It has equal amounts of copper and teflon, i.e. none.

    This is much better. The problem with teflon is that it hates high heat, which you actually need for crepes. One more issue aluminium pans don't have enough heat capacity for crepes.

  Is this more for pancakes and stuff than using as a frying pan i presume? because the edges dont go high enough or can i use it for eggs etc?
