No OLED screen and (relatively) crappier CPU.

Suggestions for something with OLED and better CPU at this price point?

lol you just defined what a 'lite' model is…i dont understand your angle

      • Exactly, and for $399 it's a fairly decent spec'd tablet.

      • "lite" model could mean a lot of things, and personally, I wouldn't want one without OLED and I dont think any other Samsung Tab S series have lcd

        • What's an alternative with OLED?

  • Samsung Corporate portal prices after 50 dollar signup discount.
    Wifi
    439 64 GB - 50 = 389 sold out
    519 128 GB = 469 sold out
    4G
    559 64 GB - 50=509
    639 128 GB -50= 589

The Tab S5e was the sweet spot, has the OLED screen they wised up with the s6 and closed that door.

  • Hopefully Amazon price matches

  • Does this have Dex?

  • is this a significant improvement to first generation Tab S? Looking to upgrade that for my mum

  • Out of stock :-(

(some random sentence for the ozbargain police bot)

    • I was watching this yesterday during the sale. 10 sold in 2 mins then 62 sold in 30 mins mark xD Sis was hesitant at first but when she saw 62 sold already, she go straight buy it.

      • So sad I missed this :( Guess gotta wait till the Xmas sales…

      • Definitely wasn't available at the beggining of the sale (5.01pm in WA). Then I left the office so didn't see but they must have added more units.

Personally I don't care that much as my eBay Plus expired last month and I got it for $449 from Amazon.
