  • Read from online that someone's aspire burned at hinge part, so i am quite concern about this.

  • be aware few issue with aspire one

    1. the SSD is very slow compare to EEE

and can not upgrade to 2 1/2 HDD due to size

    2. web cam is 0.3 Mpixel

    3. 3 cell battery

  • That price in the title is slightly misleading (intentional perhaps?) …buyers should note that it is at least $49 for postage (that was the quote I got for sydney!)

So $450 is a more accurate price. won't vote negative on that though

  • I created an account just to vote negative, but I need to wait 30 days Oh well. C'mon $49.95 for shipping???? It's not like the item weighs 10KG.

    • i'll do it for u, shipping fee is BS

    • There is no point voting negative just because of the shipping. ShoppingSquare has historically charging high postage, but as a bargain hunter evaluating a deal, you should always put postage into consideration anyway. If after postage it is a good, then it is a good deal.

      • Too right scotty!

      • Right, but if the shipping fee is mostly unavoidable (e.g. they won't ship using a cheaper method), then that should be included in the "headline" price.

  • After postage it is not a good deal!

  • lol.. I remember QQQ from CoTD said this stuff should be sold on Toy'R'Us …:p

crappy specs anyway, 3 cell battery (prob. 30 minutes runtime), LinPus OS ???? what the heck?, and acer brand.. lol..

add shipping total comes down to ~ $450

but if you add $30, you can get a better spec eee pc

    so it's not a bargain …

    sorry danilochan
