Thanks to deelaroo post earlier, I found this one. Seems like a pretty good deal if you're after a M class dust extractor. I was put off this specific unit once I saw the cost of the filters, but a review on Amazon suggests some other brands of filters can work, that was enough for me to grab this one under $600.
This is less than half the current price at Total Tools and others. Haven't posted for ages, hope I didn't miss anything.

  Ive got a Makita M class 30L. The filter is washable, this one probably is too. As long as its not paper, can wash it. Using bags keeps filter clean

  So this would have 2 UK power plugs/sockets - one socket for the power take off and one plug for the main power for the unit. The main power cord could easily use an adapter or swap the plug, but the power take off I imagine would be a bit annoying to use an adapter on. I wonder in you could swap this one to an Aust socket with a Bosch spare part?

    Thanks Traveller, I hadn't considered that. This unit does have higher take off rating than most others so even if I picked up a little adapter lead I'm still winning.
