Netatmo Smart Outdoor Security Camera, WiFi, Integrated Floodlight, Movement Detection, Night Vision, Without Fees, NOC01-UK (Presence). I'm looking to go all in on Homekit and these seems to fit the bill well especially with the new ios 14 features announced.

Note: This is the NOC01-UK model from UK & not the NOC01-P2 model sold locally, but the specs suggest they support 220V. I'm not sure if they satisfy all AU requirements, but have ordered one myself as the cheapest I could find these on Ozbargain was $347 during a David Jones Promo. Locally they are selling for upwards of $489 (eg at JB Hifi).
